This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and credits are provided for services and products purchased from Restoreglow.

Restoreglow is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website at restoreglow.world, including outdoor fitness workshop registrations, training program enrollments, consulting sessions, and educational product purchases.
As a business operating in Sweden and serving consumers within the European Union, we comply with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding cancellation and refund rights for distance contracts.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Contracts
If you purchase services or products online without meeting us in person, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to hello@restoreglow.world or by post to our address above. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, though it is not mandatory.
The 14-day withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you entered into the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed
- Digital content delivered immediately upon purchase where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights
- Services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, such as a scheduled workshop on a fixed date, when cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the event
We will clearly inform you of any applicable exceptions before you complete your purchase.
4. Workshop Registration Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by Participant
If you cancel your workshop registration, the following refund schedule applies:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled session: Full refund of the registration fee minus any non-refundable processing charges disclosed at the time of purchase.
- 3 to 7 days before the scheduled session: 50 percent refund of the registration fee, or the option to transfer your registration to a future session within 60 days at no additional cost.
- Less than 3 days before the scheduled session: No refund is available. You may transfer your registration to another person or to a future session subject to availability and a transfer fee of 100 SEK.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund or credit is provided.
4.2 Cancellation by Restoreglow
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to severe weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, facilitator illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel a workshop:
- You will receive a full refund of the registration fee within 14 business days, or
- You may choose to transfer your registration to the next available session at no additional cost.
We will notify you of cancellations as early as possible via the email address provided during registration.
5. Training Program Refunds
5.1 Multi-Week Programs
For structured training programs spanning multiple weeks:
- Cancellation before the program start date: Full refund minus a 200 SEK administrative fee if cancelled more than 14 days before the start date. 50 percent refund if cancelled 7 to 14 days before the start date.
- Cancellation after the program has started: No refund for remaining sessions. You may request a one-time pause of up to 14 days for documented personal circumstances, subject to facilitator approval.
- Program transfer: You may transfer your enrollment to a subsequent program cycle within 90 days, subject to availability and a 150 SEK transfer fee.
5.2 Activity Challenges
Time-bound challenges are non-refundable once the challenge period has begun, as digital materials and tracking resources are delivered immediately upon enrollment. If you cancel before the challenge start date, a full refund is available minus a 100 SEK administrative fee.
6. Consulting and Guidance Sessions
For one-on-one consulting sessions regarding outdoor activity planning:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: 50 percent refund or rescheduling with a 150 SEK rescheduling fee.
- No-show: No refund is provided.
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Educational Products
7.1 Digital Products
Digital educational products, including movement guides, session templates, and seasonal modules, are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, in accordance with the exception for digital content under consumer protection law. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased materials, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution or refund.
7.2 Physical Products
If we offer physical printed materials, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
7.3 Defective Products
If an educational product contains significant errors, missing content, or is materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a corrected version, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation or refund request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the original payment method is no longer available, contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. We may require verification of your identity before processing refunds to alternative accounts.
Refund amounts are calculated based on the price paid at the time of purchase. Promotional discounts applied to the original purchase are considered in the refund calculation.
9. Credits and Vouchers
In some cases, rather than a monetary refund, we may offer a credit voucher for future services. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any workshop, program, or educational product of equal or greater value (with the customer paying the difference for higher-priced items).
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you prefer a monetary refund instead of a credit, please indicate this in your cancellation request.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used during registration or purchase
- Order or registration reference number, if available
- Date and name of the service or product purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Preferred resolution (refund, credit, or transfer)
Send your request to hello@restoreglow.world or by post to Hamngatan 18–20, 111 47 Stockholm, Sweden. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
11. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss the matter further. As a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Swedish consumers may also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) for assistance with unresolved disputes. Our participation in ARN proceedings is voluntary.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
